Commercial production of alfalfa

In Alfalfas SAT Ansó, we have dehydrated bales and Alfalfa Pellets.

Although the alfalfa may be commercialized in different presentations, we usually suitable for forage production to consumption throughout the year, making the product suitable for the export market.

Green Alfalfa

This presentation system is used in livestock grazing and the nearby alfalfa fields. The shoots are often used in food as ingredients in salads.

Alfalfa meal

Meals are usually for the manufacture of feed additives and supplements as well as in medicine and health products among other general purposes.

Granulated Alfalfa

the feed grain is indicated for use in feed for all livestock, especially in extensive farming where the nutritional and energy is of great importance.

Dehydrated Alfalfa

Dehydrated bales pieces have between 6 and 8 cm and are suitable for livestock feed production of milk and meat and animal performance, such as racehorses.

Advantage of dehydrated alfalfa

One advantage of artificial drying on the drying sun is that you can control all stages of manufacturing the final product, either pellets or bale without atmospheric events may interfere with the process, ensuring the nutritional quality of forage. Another advantage is also no waste, dust and other organic materials that come together to alfalfa when using natural drying in the field.
